The Board of Directors

Hank Halter

Hank Halter is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Delta Community Credit Union in Atlanta. Delta Community was originally founded to serve employees of Delta Air Lines and has since become one of the top 25 largest credit unions in the U.S. Halter was appointed to Delta Community’s board in 2006 and named CEO in 2013. Halter has more than 20 years of senior management experience in corporate accounting and finance within the air transportation industry. He retired from Delta Air Lines as Chief Financial Officer in 2012 after a 14-year tenure with the company. Earlier in his career, he worked at American Airlines and Ernst & Young. In addition to Delta Community’s and Southern Air’s boards, Halter serves on the Board of Advisors of Sojern and the Board of Directors of Erickson Air-Crane (Nasdaq: EAC), where he is chairman of the Audit Committee. Halter is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.

Dan McHugh

Daniel McHugh is the Chief Executive Officer of Southern Air Inc. He is also a member of the Southern Air Board. Prior to his appointment as C.E.O., Mr. McHugh was the C.E.O. of DHL Express Asia. Mr. McHugh has spent the majority of his 30-year career in the transportation, supply chain and investment banking sectors. Prior to joining DHL Express, he was a senior executive with Vietnam Partners, a New York-based investment bank. He also worked with APL Ltd, a subsidiary of Neptune Orient Lines Ltd, as President of Asia and Middle East. Mr. McHugh has served on various US and International Board of Directors, including GT Nexus in Alameda, CA; Vostochny International Container Services in Vostochny, Russia and Blue Dart Express Ltd. in Mumbai India. He is the past Chairman of Vietnam-based Asia Injury Prevention Foundation. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the Singapore Sports Council for the Disabled. Mr. McHugh graduated from Loras College with a degree in Business Administration and Literature. He also holds an M.B.A from the Fuqua School of Management at Duke University.

Jonathan G. Ornstein

Jonathan G. Ornstein was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Mesa Air Group effective May 1, 1998. Mr. Ornstein became a director in January 1998. Mr. Ornstein assumed the role of Chairman of the Board in June 1999. On June 21, 2000, Mr. Ornstein relinquished his position as President of the Company. From April 1996 until his joining the Company as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ornstein served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Virgin Express S.A./ N.V., a European airline. From 1995 to April 1996, Mr. Ornstein served as Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Express Holdings, Inc. Mr. Ornstein joined Continental Express Airlines, Inc., as President and Chief Executive Officer in July 1994 and, in November 1994, was named Senior Vice President, Airport Services at Continental Airlines, Inc. Mr. Ornstein was previously employed by the Company from 1988 to 1994, as Executive Vice President and as President of the Company’s subsidiary, WestAir Holding, Inc.

Robert A. Peiser

Robert A. Peiser is currently active in serving corporate and not-for-profit Boards, after having successfully financed, restored profitability to, or otherwise created value in a large number of companies. He has operated as both CEO and/or CFO in a variety of industries, including transportation services, food processing, retailing, distribution and telecommunications. His most recent management experience was as Chairman and CEO of Omniflight Helicopters, Inc., a private medical air rescue company until May 2010. Before this position, he was President and CEO of Imperial Sugar Company, a refiner and marketer of sugar products to retail, foodservice and industrial customers, from 2002 to 2008. Mr. Peiser began his career with TWA and served that company during three different periods, including as its Chief Financial Officer from 1984 to 1986 and again from 1994 to 1996. Other aviation experience includes his service as President and CEO of Western Pacific Airlines and his roles on the Boards of Directors of Kitty Hawk, Inc., and Pinnacle Airlines.

Michael J. Warren

Michael J. Warren is a Principal of Oak Hill Capital Partners and is responsible for investments in the Basic Industries group. Prior to joining Oak Hill in 2005, he worked at Palladium Equity Partners. Prior to joining Palladium, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the consolidating industries group. Mr. Warren earned a B.A. from Brown University.
